How to join us?

To join our website as a dermatologist , you need to be an user of our whatdx EMR or Prescripto teleconsultation app and create an E-clinic or booking system through it. You may refer to our tutorial of setting up e-clinic and booking widgets. 

Prescripto is an online consultation app. However you can still register if you do not see patients online. You just need a profile and create an e-clinic (Patints can send a structured query to your business whatsapp) or pre-paid booking widget(for both online or offline consultation)

In addition, you must also meet some basic requirements for your profile to be shown. The most important criteria is that you must be a dermatologist in modern medicine with a valid MCI registration number to practice in India.

Mandatory fields for listing (can not be left empty) : 1. Medical registration number 2. City 3. Business whatsapp number 4. Support text (for booking widget only). You can update those fields from your profile in Prescripto app. For details, please refer to the tutorial link above.

Many international dermatologists and other subject specialists also have signed up for prescripto. At this moment we can not put your name in the listing but stay tuned for our future updates.

We manually scan each profile to ensure that only modern medicine doctors can be listed with us. Please report any suspicious profile directly by mail.

Opting out of the listing

If you are using prescripto but do not want to join this website as a dermatologist you can anytime opt-out (and opt-in again) instantly from the Prescripto app → setting → my profile → myskinmychoice setup → check the option for “opt-out from the program”. For any assistance, you can always send me an email.

Still not convinced ? Know the top reasons why you should join our website as a dermatologist.

1. No Rating/review system by patients. They only see your name and contact you via your e-clinic or booking widget (that you create with prescripto).
2. Only qualified dermatologists are eligible for listing.
3. Patients can contact you / book appointments without registration or log-in (that means we do not collect their data) on the website.
4. You can opt-out anytime as described above.
5. No competition between colleagues. In your location, we will show you and your colleague’s names in random order. There is no way to “rank at the top place”. 

Though, at this moment we are showing dermatologist’s ranking in any given location randomly but in future, we may shift to a value-based method (like authorship in our blog, see below) But rest assured, it’s our foundational principle that high ranking can never be bought by money. 

You may also consider joning our blog as an author. We will do all the necessary SEO for you and will provide a backlink to your website/facebook page. We may also use your authorship as a value based criteria to give you a boosting in our listing.
